About Us

We are an eatery & coffee shop that offers Colombian Coffee and the best handmade Arepas.

Arepas are Corn flatbreads crispy outside and fluffy inside deliciously filled with a variety of meats and other ingredients such cheese, sweet plantains, avocado, pinto beans and our garlic/chipotle sauce. Perfect anytime meal!

Our Arepas family recipe comes from our nanny Carmen, she was a great cook and I learned how to make many of her favorite dishes with my own variations.

We do love Arepas and we love to play with many variations and sauces and that is how Quimbaya Eats was created.
